OGME Warranty Notes

1. 

   OGME agrees to repair or furnish a replacement for any product within one (1) year from the date of invoice shall, upon test and examination by OGME, proves to be defective and within the warranty period.
2. If any defect within this warranty period appears, the Buyer shall notify OGME immediately.
3. NO product will be accepted for return or replacement without the written authorization of OGME. Upon authorization, and in accordance with instructions by OGME, the product will be returned to OGME with shipping charges paid by Buyer. If parts are deemed to be defective, OGME will replace the defective parts and cover the shipping charges paid by the Buyer.
4. A written R.M.A (return material authorization) Form shall be generated by OGME and must accompany the goods returned for warranty repair.
